Hello Parents and Guardians!
I’m Hows King, owner of Discovery Point Suwanee since March 2008, and I also own Point Cumming. My goal is to create an environment where children and teachers thrive, ensuring everyone connected to us takes pride in being part of our community. I we’ve established Discovery Point Suwanee as the top childcare center in the area.
I also serve as President of the Georgia Child Association, working to enhance childcare quality across the state. Personally, my wife Lora and I have been married for over 25 years and have adult children. With an Engineering Degree from Duke and an MBA from Chicago, I found my passion in education. Discovery Point Suwanee is truly fortunate to have a dedicated team of talented educators.
Meet The Director!
I’m Heni Hajdu, and I've proudly led Discovery Point since 2000. Originally from Budapest, Hungary, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Education before moving to the U.S. in my early 20s with my husband and our then-2-year-old.
Under my leadership, I've guided three centers to achieve NAEYC accreditation, Center Distinction, and Georgia's Quality Rated highest star rating, maintaining the highest standards of early learning. My four grown children thrived here, and now my grandchildren attend as well. Across our two centers, our dedicated team works collaboratively and efficiently, keeping parents informed and supported every step of the way. I look forward to partnering with your family to create a nurturing, fun environment where every child shines.
